Suzette Ruedas has become one of Crossfits true inspirations! She has lost over 40lbs over the past several months and over 13 inches just during the challenge alone. Not only has her physique transformed, but her drive and passion is intoxicating to all. Suzette stayed true to her eating habits, she attended 3 boot camps per week, added 3 KB workouts per week and completed the Danskin Triathlon. She is truly a force to be reckoned with. You go girl!
