Client Workout: Son of a B...Burpee Workout!


Suzette Ruedas: Suzette has made tremendous gains in the past six months, but one thing that she still struggles with, like most, is Burpees. We name this workout after Suzette as she has time and time again stepped outside her comfort zone and fearlessly tackled one of our most unforgiving exercises. Keep it Suzette!

1 Round:
Start with 50 Sit ups, 40 Russian Twists, 30 American Swings (KB), 20 Burpees, 10 Push ups
Then reverse starting with 20 Burpees after one set of 10 Push Ups
Run a lap
2 Rounds:
20 Knee/knee sit up
20 plank with knee to elbow
20 bicycles
40 Toe Taps

2 Rounds:
Pick up med ball and run to a wall (approx 200 yards) for 20 wall balls, run (200 yards w/ med ball) and stop for 20 med ball overhead lunges, run (200 yards with med ball) and stop for 20 burpees med ball lifts overhead, then run to start area.

Partner Work (2 Rounds):
20 Reps each Round the World
20 Reps each Overhead throw-standing
20 Reps each sitting down chest pass
20 Reps each Donkey Kicks
20 Reps each three tap/throw (Russian Twist)
Run with chest pass 100 yards (down and back twice)

Finish with:
Pistols (standing on one foot other foot off ground, lower down to squat and come up)-***try for 5 each leg ( with partner)
