We had a great time this weekend at the Couples Triathlon at Walter E Long Park. It was a beautiful morning and everyone was pumped and excited to jump in the water and get going. It was thrilling being on the supporter side for a change. We cheered for any and everyone. It was great to see all levels of fitness participating.
Crossfit Central was one of many supporters at the event which was represented by Heather Reed and myself. We had kids and adults take part in our "battle of the buddies" where two people had to do various skill work through the run ladder. Winners received Crossfit stickers. We had two young participants that were hooked! We received so many compliments about our involvement in the community and the impact Crossfit has had on people's lives. Nothing feels better than someone yelling across a crowd, "Crossfit, I love Crossfit!"
