LCRA 5pm Client Workout: Intense WOD


Talk about working out in the Sizzling heat! The 5pm LCRA Boot Camp crew not only hits it it hard with intense workouts, but they do it in three digit degree heat on the top of the 3rd floor parking garage. That's why we call this intense workout...

the "Sizzle-lean" Workout


3 Rounds:
20 squats
20 Lunges-front with med ball overhead
20 Lunges-side with medball chest level
20 Skaters
10 Push Ups of each kind:
- Wide Hand Position
- Narrow Triangle Hand Position
Run a lap

2 Rounds:
20 KB or dumb bell (15-20lbs) Horn Squats


20 KB or dumb bell (15-20lbs) American swings
20 KB or dumb bell (15-20lbs) SDHP



3 Rounds:
30 Scissors
30 Swimmers
30 Russian Twists
repeat

2 Rounds:
1st station-20 med ball slams-run to next area (200yards)-20 toe taps-run to next area-(200 yards)20 thrusters w/medball-100 yard hill run-start over
