The Whoo Hooo Workout!


Deborah Krause is a 5pm LCRA boot camper who has been a client for several years. We named the "whoo hooo" workout after Deb because every time we start the warm up she throws out a Whoo Hoo! The class always responds with laughter, and it also provides a little bit of comfort to the new folks. Thank you Deb, for bringing a little fun to the madness!


AMRAP 12 Minutes

30 Shoulder Press- Med Ball

20 skaters

10 V Ups w/ med ball

Run a lap when done with AMRAP

2 Rounds

20 Table Tops

20 Russian Twists

20 bicycles

Then 3 Rounds

20 Med ball Clean

20 Med Ball Slams

20 Toe Taps

2x-150 yard sprints

Partner Finish:2 Rounds

20 reps Chest Pass standing

20 reps Overhead Pass standing

20 each Round the World

2x 100yards-partner chest pass
