
Every time I step into the gym for a workout I know I have to be ready to bring power, strength and an "I can and will" attitude. I've noticed a huge change in my abilities since changing my diet and taking nutritional supplements. My ratio of good fats, carbs and proteins has changed. I eat more fat and proteins and a little bit of good carbs. A day includes; 75oz of water plus, green tea with pure organic coconut milk, High Omega 3 eggs with a small amount of organic kale or spinach cooked in coconut oil, herring with spinach, chopped egg, tomatoes, walnuts in coconut oil, grass-fed beef, celery, carrots cooked with cream, coconut oil. The more fats the more satiated and long term energy I have. I also include MNS-3 (Advocare product)that has 50 vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, antioxidants, and other nutrients for comprehensive health, as well as, ThermoPlus which supports the body's ability to convert fat into energy and promotes a healthy metabolism. Lastly, I use Catalyst to help maintain muscle mass during exercise and helps repair & protect muscle tissue. I feel great during my workouts as well as post which has not always been the case. I have more people sharing their comments about the changes in my physique. I feel strong, capable and energized every day. Just come to one of my boot camp classes and you will see I still have energy after a 9 hour day of work.I encourage you to look at your diet and think about making changes that you'll benefit from today and in the long run.
