What an awesome workout this morning Zach! I was nervous going into it since I missed my scheduled Tuesday workout, but I was going to get through it no matter what.
Warm up:.8 mile, KB walk which is 100 yards-down and back-rack, snatch, farmer's walk, side step snatch and 20 swings.
Core workout: 4 Rounds Fast:
10 snatch grip push press #55, 10/10 DB hold Step up #25, 20 push ups (games standard), sand bag #60 walk 200m (down and back)
Overhead squats: 3x3-65/75/85
